Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with vegetable oil.
  5. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. Once done, garnish with green onions before serving.
