  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
