Ingredients

  • 1 large mango
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lime (juiced)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. Peel, pit, and dice the avocados and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the avocados, mango, cherry tomatoes, and turkey bacon.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
