- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, salt, and whole wheat flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
