  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until blackened and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  4. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter, and cook garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve.
