Blackstone Griddle Hibachi Chicken Feast

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the griddle, then add marinated chicken, cooking for about 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and zucchini to the griddle. Stir-fry together with the chicken for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
