Blackstone Teriyaki Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Press and cube the tofu, then marinate in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and broccoli; stir-fry until veggies are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
