Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked rigatoni and steak tips to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the steak marinate in Cajun seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
