Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

A delightful dessert combining the flavors of caramel and apple in a creamy cheesecake bar form, perfect for satisfying fall cravings.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and pour over the crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it in.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use more caramel sauce on top before serving.
  • These bars can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
