A delicious and unique twist on traditional chicken fettuccine, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for added flavor.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Add the cooked fettuccine and crumbled turkey bacon, tossing to coat.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
