  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and add melted butter.
  3. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Mix in baking soda and salt, then add flour and cocoa powder.
  5. Pour in the brewed espresso and add chocolate chips, mix until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
