Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add softened butter and combine until crumbly.
  5. Press half the crumble mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crumble base.
  7. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
