4 large potatoes
1 cup chopped turkey bacon
1 cup diced chicken ham
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
Add diced potatoes and chicken ham, then pour in the chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Blend the soup for a smooth texture, if desired. Top with crispy turkey bacon before serving.
