3 ripe bananas
1 box (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes.
Fold in half of the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the vanilla wafers on the bottom.
Slice two bananas and layer them over the vanilla wafers.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
Repeat the layers with the remaining wafers, bananas, and pudding.
Top with the remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas.
