Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil chicken broth and add chicken slices.
  2. Once chicken is cooked, stir in soy sauce, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Just before serving, add spinach and let wilt.
  5. Cook the eggs to your liking and place on top of the ramen.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier ramen, add more chili paste.
  • You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
