2 cups cooked orzo
1 pound shredded cooked chicken
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the onions until caramelized.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, caramelized onions, beef broth, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
