  • 1 pound shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onions until caramelized.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, caramelized onions, beef broth, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
