  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onions)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder for 30 minutes.
  3. Add oil to the pan, and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
