- 8 ounces pasta
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the hot honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to adjust the level of heat by using more or less hot honey.
- This salad can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
