  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually stir in milk.

  6. In a large dish, layer Nilla Wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Spread over the top of the pudding.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
