Pesto Caprese Pasta Salad

A vibrant and fresh take on pasta salad with the classic flavors of pesto and caprese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together pesto sauce and olive oil, then pour over the pasta mixture.
