  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, white sugar, and softened butter.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Slowly blend the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
