  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, blend together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set, then let cool.
  8. Once cool, mix sour cream with a bit of sugar and spread over the top. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
