Spicy Shrimp Ramen

A delightful and quick seafood dish that combines ramen noodles with spicy shrimp for a comforting meal.

  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, and vegetable broth.
  6. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
  8. Finish with lime juice and top with green onion and cilantro.
